As a part of Palem Semi redevelopment plan, OOZN proposed concept for open-air lifestyle mall, linked by integrated pedestrian area, a new gateway for neighbourhood in Karawaci, Tangerang.

The design generated from simple blocks, then we dispersed the building mass to creates arrangement of main mall and 24hours F&B Pavilions area, connected with central courtyard as event plaza.

We integrate circulation with landscape features to creates connectivity and iconic destination area for the neighbourhood.
