This project consist of two design phase in Batam development area. Phase One combines two levels of retail podium and three residential towers on one and a half hectar land.

Phase Two combines a revitalisation of existing retail promenade, four level retail mall, Hotel and three luxury apartment towers on two and a half hectar parcel.

The building form is driven by long L-shape site which generate the form of 330m long retail walk anchored on the south side by apartment towers ensuring that site use is maximised with dramatic architectural effect and creating new ultimate destination - The Link - Batam.
